Thanks Paul!

Yes, the server do run "nfixup" program every night for "Mail" folder. Anyway, this user's mailbox also have one two other replicas--one is at user's local computer and another is on another Domino application server as the backup. Unfortunately the "nfixup" is also running every night on another domino server for Mail folder if "nfixup" is the reason.

Now both replicas can't find the missing mail.
